We are a small friendly family run kennel breeding cocker spaniels and cockapoo’s for type and temperament. We specialise in most colours, mostly roans, but occasionally solids. Our babies are well socialised in all aspects right from birth and our adults are spoiled rotten and are happy and healthy. All puppies have at least one parent, if not two, which has been DNA tested clear, so none of our offspring can develop PRA blindness. About Cockapoos

Cockapoo’s come from cross-breeding a Cocker Spaniel with a Poodle, this is called an F1 (First Generation). With this breed they inherit friendliness, A loving nature, keen to please, and intelligence. Most Cockapoos have a very low level or do not shed at all and have very low Dander, which is great for people with allergies.

They are exceptionally easy to train and love everyone and everything.

With crossing these two breeds they can have a very long life span and a reduced chance of contracting hereditary defects.

Sizes and colours do vary in the Cockapoo breed depending on the size of the parents, Their coats are thick and wavy and a visit to the groomers every 10 to 12 weeks is a must in order to keep their coats tangle-free.

My Cockapoos tend to be the average size as they are bred from an English Cocker Spaniel and either Toy or Miniature Poodles. They can be anywhere from 12 to 16 inches from the withers.

About Cocker Spaniels

Cocker spaniels have a wonderful nature, they are intelligent, loving and very sociable. Being of a merry nature, they are always willing to please and are very easy to train, especially treat orientated training. Their coat will shed and it tends to be soft and silky requiring regular brushing.

Cocker spaniels respond well to rules and boundaries and are energetic in their play, however, they are equally as content to cuddle on the sofa with you.

Sizes and colour do vary depending on parentage but they are an average size dog.
